Positive: The rooms were very nice, had everything you can think of. Very nice staff always asking if we need anything. The food was also very nice. The courtyard garden had very nice seating areas and views.

Positive: The hosts were very friends and always ready to share some knowledge about history of the property and Turkey in general. We arrived late in the night and wasn't sure what to expect but the experience will stay with us forever. It was story book perfect! The food for breakfast was different...good different! Then there was the friendly doggy Maya that my son chased around the property!

Negative: To be honest no! The chef was amazing for dinner. The server was beautiful and charming! At first when you'd look at Seraphim it's hard to say what's it gonna be like but it was wow! We never once felt that we missed any comfort on a big 5* chain!
