Summary: This is my go to hotel in Montreal. The location is great - walkable to Crescent Street/Ste. Catherine and the metro is 2 blocks. Customer service is out of this world and better than several 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. The team here anticipates needs and are happy to help at every turn. Rooms are modern and very clean. Always a pleasure to stay here!

Summary: Service at the hotel was very friendly. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is good. Furnishings in the room were sparse. There was no bureau to store clothing, no light on or over the desk, and on one side of the bed, one had to get out of bed to turn off the reading light.

Summary: Great location, city bus to many fun districts is right out the front door, plenty of eateries of all stripes. Very modern and hip surroundings, hotel thermostat was hard to keep steady, bedding is set up,for cold weather but a bit warm in Spring. Elevator floor numbers were hands to see. Actual rooms were nice and spacious, only minus was the thermostat, house keeping did not replenish the coffee pods or waters but available if one asked front desk.
