Summary: I tried to arrange hotel to provide pick-up upon our arrival at Danang airport. The message wasn’t replied at all. Nice big hotel room with separate living room and sleeping room. Great service crew . The hot water temperature are inconsistent. The water can be warm and very quickly become scalding hot. Bathroom drainage design didn’t prevent waste water from flowing out of the shower room. I slipped and hurt my arm. Location is good.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay a lot at the Senna Hue Hotel. Especially the garden is so wonderful, like an oasis. Location is brilliant, the staff super friendly and the condition of the hotel very good. We would stay again if f we are back in Hue

Summary: Wonderful staff, always available to provide what you need to be comfortable. Clean, quiet rooms and refreshing pool. Breakfast buffet is good and we took a break from Asian food and ordered hamburgers one night. I'm from the US and have eaten quite a few hamburgers in my life and these burgers were awesome. Very surprising.

Summary: Excellent hotel marred by unpleasant check in and check out at the front desk. First we were shown a dark and dingy room with no balcony and had to demand the room we had booked. They wanted more money for it until we showed them our original booking. On check out the young lady demanded a review on a form she pushed in front of us, and then told us to wait while our room was inspected. We found this rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff were pleasant and overall the hotel is very nice.
