Positive: The guesthouse is very quiet. It is located close to the Arrabida National Park, to the gorgeous Cabo Espichal and to many beaches. The common space is beautifully organized, with a large living room where you can spend time in the evening or on a rainy day, a nice swimming pool, and a large garden. The breakfast was very nice, with fresh fruit, warm bread, homemade jam, cheese, and cold cuts (if you want: they ask for your wishes the day before). The owners are welcoming and helpful. Our room was large, with a comfortable bed, beautiful furniture, and a large cupboard. The bathroom was large and clean. We hope to visit again during the warm season.

Positive: All was lovely just wish it was a bit warmer to have a swim in the pool !

Negative: Only thing that was not so good is the bathroom is very small and had no ventilation… but most places I have stayed in Portugal are the same !

Summary: A very friendly stay with a clean room, great facilities and a great breakfast !

Negative: The pool is right by many of the hotel room entrances so hard to get some chill. The cleaners were obnoxiously loud.
