Positive: Beautiful view and very clean The housekeeping staff was excellent

Negative: Jacuzzi tub did not work. No info in the room as to how the phone works and how to contact front desk. I was told at check out it was my responsibility to call maintenance about the hot tub. I asked 2 days in a row for a hair dryer and never got one. When I checked in I was charged 30 a day for sundries? We barely used anything except a few towels We left a day early and were told we couldn’t get a refund because I booked online

Positive: Room was nice, large comfy twin beds , large bathroom , good view of river thru large windows.

Negative: No description that Valet parking was part of accomodation in Booking .com. Poor signage of where to go for Valet, had to chase busy valets to ask what the deal was. Some Valets weren't listening to my questions and abrupt with instructions . Smokers at entrance hence stunk of cigarettes inside. Bar man not friendly and sarcastic !
