The lodge is located right in the middle of an untouched forest with breathtaking river views and an abundance of wildlife. As an experienced off grid traveler, the sensational meals, the comfortable accommodations, the free amenities and the well maintained facilities exceeded all of my expectations. Above all, every single staff member at the lodge delivered an outstanding service and attended to my every need. Their authentic generosity and kindness has made my stay a very special and unforgettable one. I honestly recommend this beautiful natural paradise to anyone seeking a true connection with nature and the local culture. A very heartfelt ‘Asante Sana’ to Abdullah, Obrey, Ellie, Justin, Nu, Bitta, the fabulous Chefs, the sweet Massai security guards and to the exceptional housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Positive: Wow. Just the most incredible stay. The staff particularly made this trip perfect for us - they were so attentive, kind and interested. The guides we had for our safaris, organised through the lodge, were extremely knowledgeable. We would love to return and would recommend to everyone!

Positive: Absolutely breathtaking. Don't hesitate. Amazing staff, food, location, facilities. Bucket list. Selous is incredible, there was elephants in our driveway. So, so many animals in the park, only a 15 minute drive from camp. Super safe with Maasai at the camp. Absolute bucket list. Food was incredible. Do not hesitate.
