Positive: The location is great, there is underground parking which is very valuable in the center
Negative: The bathroom is in need of renovation. The light above the mirror goes out and comes on spontaneously, after a shower there is a puddle on the floor from under the shower cubicle. The hob was broken but it worked
Summary: The apartments are very nice, the cafe in the harbor was also nice
