Positive: We've stayed at Seisoen 3 times previously, so I know that everything would have been perfect - hence my rating. However, a few hours before we arrived, they contacted me to say that they had to do some emergency repairs at the house, and offered us alternative accommodation. We could not agree on the place and price, so we decided to cancel our booking. Their administrative team stayed helpful, and my prepaid funds were returned promptly. A very good experience in all.

Positive: We loved the swimming pool, stoep and entertainment area!

Negative: The fact that the main bedroom only has a bath. Should really consider adding a shower in both rooms.

Positive: I have stayed there several times now, usually booking the entire house. It’s a stunning venue and Rika, who manages the guest arrangements, is extremely helpful. This last occasion I had a travel complication so arrived just after midnight (instead of the 4pm as planned) and she was still able to let me in! Remarkable support.
