Positive: Checking was smooth. Despite our arrival time being after 21.00, they had all documents and the keys ready for us at the reception. Breakfast was OK, good selection, but not impressive as advertised in booking. Staff was amazing. Really kind with us. Location is right in the mountains, by Oechinensee. Only 5k hike away.
Negative: The worst without a doubt are the pillow. They're very nice material but way too soft. Not even with two each we could sleep well. Since we checked in ourselves, we were never explained about the hotel facilities. There is a fair bar were you can apparently serve yourself and even play music, but we didn't know this until the last day. A simple A4 paper with the instructions and opening hours would sort out the issue. The dinner is only served if you book. Otherwise they don't accommodate nobody, which was not clear for us. Check out at 11am.
Summary: Decent. Needs to be more clear with amenities. Pillows are horribly soft

Positive: Very lovely hotel, the room was very clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and clear about the information provided. Our dog was welcomed and they got us a dog bed in the room.
Negative: We loved the pool and spa area. However we thought the pool was heated but it was not. Possibly it's written in the information and didn't notice it.

Positive: Seilers hotel is absolutely wonderful. It was in an excellent location. The rooms were amazing and the views were exceptional. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and spoke excellent English. Rooms were very clean, beds/linen were very comfortable. The spa/swimming pool was an added bonus. Breakfasr was included and delicious. Museli and bread was lovely. Car charging was welcomed.
Negative: Would have like a kettle to make tea.
