Positive: Great stay! The hotel is very clean and located right in the city center. The staff are always available and ready to answer any questions, which made the stay very comfortable. Perfect place to stay — highly recommended!

Positive: Heaven on earth. Peaceful quiet location. Extremely helpful & courteous staff . Benjamin at front office is a Gem of a person . Rarely you come across persons like him . The icing on the cake is THE VIEW from the Room . Uninterrupted lake view of Brienz . The Rooms are also top class , huge bathrooms . Breakfast is awesome .

Negative: There is nothing not to like about the property . Everything is so awesome

Summary: Do visit atleast once in your lifetime. You dont want to miss this experience.

Positive: The hotel staff are very nice, thoughtful, friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. We booked the family room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The view is wonderful and a peaceful reading time for 10min can heal everything. The hotel also has limited parking and chess set for kids to play.

Negative: Service could have been better in the onsite Italian restaurant, our only disappointment there.

Summary: We had a wonderful time!

Positive: The location was stunning. Very well connected with Interlaken by bus (12 minutes ) and by boat (25 minutes). Spacious rooms, hearty breakfast.

Negative: Price a little high for my comfort.

Summary: It was a lovely and comfortable stay at a dreamlike location.
