Positive: Nice little B&B ran by an adult daughter and mother. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff were truly very nice and helpful. We arrived in late September to cool nights and warm days in the upper 70s. The building was modern and nice and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed and plenty of room.

Negative: The location is next to a very large road and as such you could hear the road noise from our room which faced the road. There were other rooms that faced the pool that likely would have been quieter. Their beautiful pool was basically not usable this time of year (late September) as it was not heated and was simply too cold, even during the heat of the afternoon which was in the mid to upper 70s. This was the case at every hotel B&B we stayed at during our trip, so expect this everywhere. The worst part were the horseflies that were around the pool as this entire location is surrounded by agriculture fields. Those bites were terrible and lasted for days. Nothing the property people could do about those, but that is the main reason we would not come back to this location.
