Positive: Amazing place for families/ groups. We shared the three accommodations with three families. We each had our own privacy and whenever we wanted to share space for fun we could easily find eachother.

Negative: It would be great if there are a bit better facilities for drying ski shoes after a day of skiing.

Summary: Lovely place! If we go the same direction we definately come back!

Positive: Comfort: Very warm and spacious apartments with a huge terrace on the 1st floor. Very clean. Enough parking space. View: Mountains, horse farm, fields. Communication: We were informed upfront where to collect keys, where to go, great payment options, welcome card was issues w/o any request. Location: great - everything is reachable. 20 mins by car to the ski slopes. Breakfast: Good to have the option, but see comments below. Thanks family Seelos.

Negative: Noise: Excellent sound insulation from outside when windows are closed. Inside, the toilet riser could be better insulated. Breakfast: Nice to have, but overpriced for the variety offered. Nice to haves: -a few tea bags as well as welcome -skiboots dryer in cellar

Positive: The location of the apartment was perfect: 40 mins by car to Innsbruck, 1 hour to Solden, 1 hour to Fussen and its castles, and so on. Perfect to travel and discover the area. The apartment is very clean, cozy and stylish. Arriving late evening and wake up to see amazing Austria mountains - unforgivable moment. Can't mention - small arrival gift - local honey pot! Very delicious.

Negative: Everything was really good. Small things to improve - change pillows to more comfortable + upgrade frying pan. And maybe add simple toaster.
