Summary: The reception did not concentrate when check in and she gave the wrong room type to me.

Summary: I love the breakfast buffet. So many breads, ham, cheeses, and more. The view from where I usually eat my breakfast was amazing, overlooking the lake or when it’s not raining, sit outside, have a drink of coffee and watch the ducks swim by or just enjoy the mountain/lake view. The location was about 6mins walk to/from the train station which made my travel to Mt Pilatus and Titlis very short. The front desk receptionist Linda was very helpful and assisted me when I needed something without hesitation. Great customer service extended to me by her. Thank you Linda! I appreciate you very much. The thing that I did not like during my stay was I can hear the people’s footsteps from above my room and when they pass by. Another is the configuration of the room where I was in. The foot of my bed was directly close to the door. Other than that the hotel is an excellent place to stay.

Summary: Lovely views of the lake and ideal location for Mt Pilatus and local train line. Swimming pool and access to the lake for swimming was nice. Hotel is dated and needs a good freshen up. Location is outside of Luzerne and very residential. The lake attracts mosquitos (no fault of the hotel) but the squashed bodies of mosquitoes on the room walls and ceiling isn't nice to look at. Lovely outlook but not worth the price we paid. The standard of the accommodation doesn't match the price.

Summary: Nice lake, mountain view. Excellant breakfast options while looking at lake and mountains. Easy train ride to luzern and other excursions, specifically Mount pilatus. Staffs are very helpful.

Summary: Hotel is in a great location over looking lake Lucerne and mountains in the background. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Hotel rooms need an upgrade. A rough first night with our room being smelly but staff was nice enough to change room for the next two nights.
