Positive: Overall, people were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice, clean, and in a perfect location. Breakfast was good. I will definitely come back here again.

Positive: Breakfast lady was friendly.
Negative: No: elevator, porter or receptionist for 5 days. No: refrigerator, coffee/tea even though hotel staff is off for “Ruhetag”. No: laundry service, no iron available . Nearest Wascheri is in Bad Ischl. Swim platform next to ferry. Zero charm
Summary: Very overpriced compared to lovely Strobl hotels where my friends wisely stayed.
