Summary: This is a getaway for locals alike, which is all you need to know. My family has frequented this hotel for decades and while visiting from the US, I picked this for a quick getaway with my husband. We enjoyed fantastic wellness facilities, including a sauna, followed by a dip in the pool, relaxing by the lake and a swim in the lake. Imagine a pristine lake, surrounded by the Alps and random sailboats in the water as your view. What more do you need? Let me add, it was peaceful. All I heard were waves outside my balcony. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious with lake view, of course. Staff was kind and helpful. Book here, you won’t be disappointed.

Summary: Very nice hotel, beautiful view of the lake from our room. Good breakfast, also ate finner in restaurant one night, good food overall. It's about 20 minutes to get into Munich.

Summary: This was a wonderful retreat. We used the spa, the pool, the lounge chairs outside, the bar, and restaurant. Amazing. We opted for a lakeside room and it was absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: Nice hotel but unfortunately we were told that since booking with Expedia (Hotels.com...) we had to pay for our parking. Our allocated room was without a/c. Due to extreme warm days and nights our balcony door had to remain open. The room below ours was equipped with a table tennis and of course many youngsters had some good fun... The missing a/c and the much noise from those groups playing table tennis resulted in some very uncomfortable nights.
