Positive: The view, the breakfast and the size of the room

Negative: there is no proper portable air conditioner, only a fan which we requested to ventilate the room because we couldn’t open the window so many insects. Also we found spider web in the room and in lights of the room

Positive: Our flight was delayed so we advised hotel of late arrival. They replied with directions for finding key. Your advertisement was in name of Brandauers Villen Superior. We could not find key at this property and nobody ever mentioned that this hotel was connected under ground with SEEHOTEl, a separate property. We were very distressed and tired. We were surprised that a four star hotel had no night staff on duty . We contacted a friend who came to help and was able to figure out the connection with building next door and found the key. In the envelope with key was a letter giving an emergency number, which was no benefit to us. I tried to point out this issue to receptionist but

Negative: See section “what did you like” We didn’t get entry to our bedroom until 1.00 next morning but there was no deductions on our bill for this The advertisement should be edited including SEEHOTEl in it
