Positive: Beautiful location right on a lake, rooms had wonderful views of the hillside with sheep and cows or of the water. Boats and paddle boards available to rent. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Negative: My flight got canceled and I couldn’t make it to Switzerland for this reservation but they wouldn’t refund me. Not the best breakfast. Staff and restaurant weren’t attentive and there were flies in the room. No elevator so definitely make sure you have a request not to be on the fourth floor in a loft like I was if you have a lot of luggage. Also to get there you have to drive down an extremely narrow basically one-way winding road around the mountain, so don’t do it at night.
