Positive: 1- the host polite, caring and his hospitality is wonderful 2-Clean apartment, bed sheets, floor (not kitchen nor its appliances) and comfortable beds with seemingly practical furniture (not luxurious but practical and clean) , very good fridge and semi automatic washer( did not use it thus i can not judge its performance ), the apartment is very safe because the owners are living in the building, the building itself is very clean and being washed and mobbed everyday 3- The beach water is amazing amazing amazing 4- very close supermarket with normal prices and have almost everything you might need

Negative: 1- The kitchen was not clean 2- The kitchen staff are extremely bad, i did not even touch them 3- No electric kittke, Microwave or air fryer 4- No air conditions only fans which is very uncomfortable with high humidity 5- Bath shower has no shower as it is broken and works as a tap 6- Much hidden cost not mentioned in the ads like 75 LE (once)for entrance and 150 LE daily for beach umbrella and 4 chairs so you must have cash with you upon arrival, in addition to 200LE as visitor card deposit (refundable) but again you must have cash 7- the beach is crowded and little noisy and public anyone can enter with ticket so you will find sales people walking around selling food, drinks, clothes, it could be nice for some people and not for others, up to you, for me i did not care because i was staying all the time in water In conclusion, the host need to make major improvements in the kitchen and install at least one air conditioning, if he did, this apartment will be a very good deal and i would go again because the beach is a dreaming sea like a swimming pool
