Summary: It was a very nice clean room with an in unit laundry machine and mini kitchen area. It was a great time and my second consecutive stay at this hotel. I would gladly stay here whenever I come to Tokyo.

Summary: Super clean, the staff friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I didn’t use the kitchen but it has all the tools if one is cooking. The laundry is a plus. Highly recommend!

Summary: The staff all spoke English and are professional, friendly and helpful. Any concern no matter how small was rectified. The room is super clean and spacious. The location is convenient and easy to get around.

Summary: The room is spacious and very clean. The staff at the front desk are really helpful. Everyone at the front desk are able to communicate in English which makes everything easier. Laundry in the room was awesome as well. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Summary: The staff are super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean but I must say a bit dated. The room was very small especially for 4 people. There was a lot of closet space though but it was still difficult to maneuver especially with luggages and stuff. I felt like they were a bit stingy as far as towels but I'm pretty sure they would have provided us more, if we asked. For so little space, maybe some hooks to hang stuff would have helped. We loved the free toiletries including nice quality room slippers. The washer/dryer combo in room is really a life saver. The hotel's proximity to train station is great. Although as far as food place, there's not a lot of choices around the area. I felt like for the price we paid, we could have stayed at a better area as well.
