Positive: The owner was very pleasant to deal with. She acceded to our request for extra pillows and clothes detergent . Check in was smooth. Facility is very clean! It also felt cozy. We droved and it was near to chitose airport and car rental drop off facility, I would think this stay is ok with a car in terms of location . There are 2 rooms for sleeping - a regular bedroom with 2 single beds were very comfortable.

Negative: We are family of 3A-2C. I think it felt a bit small , in my opinion 4pax should be the maximum group size given the size of lodging. A clothes drying rack would be much appreciated as well. The other sleeping area with futons mattress for floor sleeping was not comfortable as the futons were too thin. We were given quilts to be used as mattress topper to top up the futon. It felt uncomfortable and warm to sleep on top of the quilt and you can still feel the hardness of the tatami floor. We were given felt blankets to be used as blankets since the quilt were used as mattress topper but the blankets were too thin if the air conditioning is turn on. The air conditioning is not in the room used for tatami sleeping, it is positioned in the living room. The blinds are also not good enough to block out the sun rays...the sun rises at 430-5am!! Black out curtains would do a better job. The sleep quality for those sleeping on tatami mats was bad due to mattress quality, blankets, temperature.. Overall, I would have rated it higher if the mattress have been much thicker or added with a original mattress topper instead of a cheap quilt.

The room and hall are spacious, and the entire house is impeccably clean. I highly recommend this property to my family and friends!

Negative: It would be more convenient if the toilet were located next to the bathroom and equipped with a warm water supply. Additionally, offering a shuttle service to the airport could enhance the overall guest experience.
