Positive: Liked all the mirrors, was really pleasantly surprised by the big terrace, liked the little "treats" in the hallway (you'll know when you see them), and most of all we really appreciated the hospitality of the owner who went out of his way to provide us a freezer, stronger Internet connection and even gave us a bicycle cause we only had one.

Positive: Location and peacefully corner of the city. Amazing energy of the place. The room was enough big, mattress super
Negative: I was missing better light of the room, fridge is too small because we couldn’t store some food for terase enjoyment, or at least we were missing some tabels to easy handle some breakfast preparation

Positive: Like most reviewers, I appreciate the proximity to the beaches. But on the other hand, the building is quite far from the city center, but it didn't matter. Parking right next to the building. I was accommodated on the ground floor, so I had a comfortable entrance from the parking lot. I appreciate the nice terrace with armchairs
Negative: The room was very dark (small window). The furniture seems to have been put together from some sales. It does not match together. Holes in furniture after previous installations. 2 lamps by the bed, but one of them had no socket within reach (?!) The bathroom door was deformed by the damp because there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The door to the hallway had a crack that could be seen from the hallway to the bed. There was no air conditioning in the room. That's why the price seemed high to me, even though it was the cheapest in the booking offer.
Summary: Good accommodation for overnight and being on beaches or in Rovinj all day.
