Positive: Superb well appointed apartment. Clean and comfortable and in a good location. An easy walk along the promenade to the town. Car park a bonus too. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: The bins outside were overflowing! There did not seem to be any wifi and when I messaged about this I did not get a response.

Summary: A lovely well appointed clean comfortable apartment in a great location.

Positive: Near to the front as took my sight impaired mother in law on holiday. Everything in apartment on one level for her . Facilities good everything you need from home was in the apartment. Clean linen/towels lovely.

Negative: Pebbled carpark someone disabled is not great to walk on. Could do with a clean on the veranda as decking needs a clean I cleaned the glass as was green and dirty. Lighting not great in apartment for someone that has difficulty seeing, had to put all lights on to make it brighter. Could do with a rail at back door as there is a ramp and could easily fall near edge if mobility not great.

Positive: Spacious, clean, two equally large spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds and en-suites. Nice outside space with side sea view. I know the area well and the hotel (now empty) in which the apartment sits and I was pleasantly surprised how modern and comfortable it was.

Negative: No WiFi, so no good if you wanted to do some work. The back entrance is very uninspiring with rubbish strewn about and uneven paving - but don’t let that put you off - it’s a revelation inside!

Positive: Proximity to seafront and land train of apartment. The apartment is very spacious with all kitchen equipment and nicely furnished. Liked that has own small outside space.

Negative: The outside. The owners need to seriously consider the curb appeal of this property. It's part of a no longer functioning hotel but that's not made clear from the information. It's very run down and scruffy outside and the front door is hidden away (no instructions were given as to how to find it) the lock on the front door needs attention, it's difficult to lock and there was a broken lamp stand and handle on one window. There are overflowing bins in the car park and all sorts of debris. Overall it's a lovely apartment inside but a lot more than a lick of paint is needed outside. After seeing the outside I felt like heading up the road to the Premier Inn but I hope it will be smartened up in the near future. We really did enjoy our stay as it's a nice place in a prime location.
