In a quiet environment, family house, in the heart of the chateaux of the Loire with floor, large enclosed garden of 1500 m2 sheltered from view and private heated pool.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen and very equipped, double living room overlooking furnished and spacious porch of 35m2 (living room and dining room, barbecue) overlooking the pool (8mx4m and 1.50m of prof) heated and secure (electric shutter standards and electric vacuum) and its solarium beach, independent toilets
1st floor :
- 1 "yellow" room with bed 140 + wardrobe, dresser, chair and bedside tables
- 1 room "chalk" with a bed of 160 consisting of 2 mattresses hung and can be detached and 1 bed 1 person with wardrobe and bedside table + chair;
- independent dressing room
- shower room renovated, and separate toilet.
Supply of linens on request. TV, DVD, dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and utensils in large numbers.

Summary: A real welcome from Claudie to her families summer home which is equipped to a standard for their own enjoyment. She also helped to arrange a Doctors appointment for my wife who was ill. On the one day that the weather was bad the central heating came on automatically. Heated pool 29/30 degrees! We swam every day, taking advantage of a calm between the storms on the bad day. We were only there for a week but that was time enough to form a personal relationship with the bakers shop in the local village, Lailly-en-Val. The Sunday market just across the river in Meung-sur-Loire is not to be missed and the Zoo Parc du Beauval a short drive south is very special, their bird show is fantastic. If we are able we shall visit again.

Summary: We stayed in Dry for 7 nights in August 2018 and had a great time. The house is more than big enough for a family of 4 and the heated pool was excellent. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you will need and we used the BBQ a few times too. Mme Debailleux was very welcoming and helpful. The only downsides were that tabac and small convenience store in the village were closed for the whole of our stay, meaning we needed to drive to Meung sur Loire (but that is a lovely town!). Also, there is no internet at the house as listed. The Loire region is brilliant. We spent a morning kayaking near Blois and most of a day using the bike hire at the Tourist Information in Meung. The bike path on the Loire is majority traffic free and really nice.
