Open floor plan home with ample views of the Leadenham Creek. Salt water swimming pool overlooks 220 feet of shoreline and the screened porch and flagstone deck provide the perfect location to view morning sunrises. The 3 acre property is partially wooded with a large grass lawn waterside for croquet or other lawn games or to wander across to the dock with a bench, floating dock and fish light. There is a stone fire pit by the water and a fire table on the screened porch. Please Note: Swimming pool opens in mid-May (weather permitting) and closes after labor day.
House kitchen is well equipped; outside grill with side burner for steaming crabs; linens and sheets are provided; high speed internet, smart TV with ROKU and land line phone available. Fenced yard with outside kennel for dogs which will be considered on a case by case basis.

Summary: Our stay at the Bozman home was our first in the St. Michaels area. The home was lovely, clean and fully stocked with all the kitchen necessities. The location was quiet, secluded and peaceful. Susan (the owner) responded in a timely manor as needed. The pool was wonderful and fishing from the dock was a breeze. We could have stayed another week as it was so relaxing! We ‘ll definitely book again!

Summary: This home is the perfect spot for families. It has everything you need. The kitchen has all the gadgets you need to cook. The layout of the house is perfect for families, giving everyone the space they need. The location is secluded enough to be private but close enough to town to grab a bite or do some shopping. This is our go-to place for all things family!

Summary: The house and location were perfect for my wife and me to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We were able to bring our boat and keep it at the dock. We had so much fun taking our children and grandchildren crabbing and fishing. Also St. Michaels is only 10 minutes away with its shopping and numerous restaurants.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the house and it was a perfect location to enjoy St. Michael’s and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It was clean and comfortable and the pool is amazing - very nice size. We enjoyed the dock and rented a kayak to explore the creek (beware the jellyfish.) the kids loved the fire pit and we saw bunnies every day. Thanks for a great experience!

Summary: We stayed this past June for a week and it was a fantastic house for my family of 7 adults, 1 infant and my parents dog. The space was great with plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of bath towels for our group. The pool and backyard are beautiful. Our first couple days were perfect pool days, but even though it rained the rest of the week, the view from the house of the creek never got old. We were just 10-15mins from anything we wanted to do in St Michael’s. Susan was great to work with, promptly answering any questions we had ahead of time and while there. Would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the St Michael’s area!
