The ranch home is located 5 minutes west of the small, rural town of Nephi, UT and only 7 minutes from I-15. It sits on 730 acres of rolling hills. There is so much more than just a place to stay. Experience the ranch life with activities such as feeding the goats and calves (if available). You're also welcome to enjoy bon fires if burn conditions allow. Amazing place to layover with room for your horses to stretch. Enjoy an evening or a week stay with so much to do.

This ranch house is tucked away in the hills where the views are amazing. There is a walk out patio from the master bedroom where you are able to see the Red Cliffs. The nursery is right next to the master room. The bunk room has two standard beds and a twin bed. The living area has a cozy fireplace with plenty of room. There is a full kitchen that could provide a home cooked meal. The grass yard has a swing set and trampoline for the kids.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the ranch house. It was just enough space for our family of 6 (2 kids shared a bed). We had a private, homey setting with beautiful views of the valley. It was only 10-minutes into town for the events that brought us to Nephi. And my younger kids were well entertained by the animals and swing-set on the property. It was perfect for our needs and the owner was very friendly. We loved our stay!

Summary: We had a fabulous stay. Host gave great instructions to arrive and check in. It was perfect for the 7 of us. Very cute house. Very clean. We had no issues. I would recommend to others. We talked about definitely booking again.

Summary: The location, as stated, is just outside of town. Quick drive to essentials. Great spot surrounded by hills and animals. The home was very roomy. Several movies were supplied with plenty of seating. Space heaters throughout the house worked decently. Kitchen came stocked with everything needed for cooking (although I could not find washcloths- I did find hand towels.)Bath towels were clean and soft and there were plenty to go around. It was nice having the half bath so more people could get ready at the same time. Master room had plenty of room for luggage and storage. We didn't use the nursery but it would be perfect for little ones. My kids loved the large children's room. Wall heater did alright at keeping the room warm. All beds were cozy and roomy.We loved the country feel and seeing the goats. Would love to stay here again.

Summary: My husband, Frank and I came to Utah to see our grandchildren. We wanted a place that would give the kids room to run around and explore. I liked that it was a large property on a Hill surrounded by farm animals. They had a room that had 3 beds. Which was great; it was like a large children’s room. Then the Master bedroom was upstairs. The ranch home has three bedrooms, an upstairs, downstairs, and a large TV room at the other end of the house. The home was located about seven minutes from my family, so the location was perfect. I was a little concerned about the long gravel road to get to the farm house, but after, it wasn’t so bad. But it is off road (gravel). We used our Apple iPhone for GPS. It worked well. All in all, I really like the privacy. The sunrise coming up over the mountains was breathtaking. It was peaceful. Bring a fly swater, because it is County living.

Summary: Beatiful ranch with an amazing view!! We especially loved seeing all the animals. Tamra‘s family was very welcoming, and Tamra’s husband even took us on a tour of their ranch, and let our daughter to collect chicken eggs!! Will be back again for our next trip to Utha.

Summary: the ranch is so cute!! the house was very clean and it was nice to be up in the mountains by ourselves. the fire pit was wonderful to roast marshmallows by and the goats were so fun to pet!! overall a wonderful stay.
