VILLA EZZI will suit anyone wanting a quiet and restful holiday providing the perfect place for TOTAL RELAXATION and PRIVACY set in 1.2 acres of grounds. Whilst away from the busy areas, it is perfectly located for easy access to Ezzi Mannu beach and a grill restaurant within walking distance, with Stintino within a 10 minuet drive.
The villa is roomy and available for a maximum of 7 guests, the flexible layout over 2 floors lending itself well to different family groups and couples. The entire villa is well equipped and furnished to a very good and comfortable standard including air-conditioning and some satellite tv channels. The upper floor accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and sea view, the other with 3 singles and country views over the old vineyard. Also on this floor are the living room and fully fitted semi open plan fully fitted kitchen, conservatory dining room and open balcony, both with sea view. The lower floor comprises the self contained master bedroom suite which is accessed from the covered terrace by the pool, which also has the added benefit of a comfortable sitting area for quiet reading and relaxation. A further door from the terrace leads to a large room with table tennis table, cloakroom, washing machine and extra fridge to serve the pool.
The pool measures 10 metres x 5metres (not a fenced area), with depth of 1 metre at the shallow end to 1.8m at deepest and is located just in front of the house with both sun and shaded lounging areas. There is a BBQ area at the rear of the house with far reaching country views and from which the evening sunset is stunning.
Although there is no internet, the signal is good in and around the villa via tethering.

Alghero Airport is the closest Airport at just 30/40 minutes car journey to the villa.

Summary: We had a lovely week. The host was not able to greet us but gave us clear instructions for finding the villa and the keys. My wife and I loved the villa and the location, including some incredible wildlife, amazing stars at night (haven't seen the milky way like that for a while). We all enjoyed the pool, and the table tennis and pool toys were great for the kids. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lots of great local information, reading and recommendations in the comprehensive villa manual.

Summary: We stayed here for 9 nights in August, the check in process was good and the villa had all the facilities we could need. Karen was very helpful throughout and helped us find good restaurants more than once. There was 6 of us and the pool area was the perfect size to accommodate all of us, there was also plenty of shade even in the pool in the peak of the day. Would definitely look at staying again.

Summary: We had a lovely week chilling out at Villa Ezzi. The calm and peaceful surroundings were perfect for recharging and enjoying time with the family. Summary: We spent a fun two weeks here as a family of 5. The three children (11,8 &5) loved the pool. It was very warm during our stay ( up to 40 degrees) so the pool was great. The are some lovely beaches with beautiful clear water within 20 minutes. There are a few trips around and we had done them all by the end of our stay. Most of the ancient ruins are quite a drive but we did the local water park which is quite basic but we had fun for several hours. Don’t expect too much of it. The bigger one is by Olbia but that’s an hour and a half away. The villa has all the fundamentals we needed. Will need ant spray as they invaded us in the heat. Overall a relaxing time with plenty of time in a private pool.

Summary: Very quiet and secluded off the beaten track. Lovely pool and bbq area. Quick drive to beach, restaurant and dinner not Stintini for shopping. Fish shop, butcher and fresh produce excellent.

Summary: Thank you Karen for your hospitality and for helping us find the villa by meeting us even though we were really late arriving due to our flight and with road closures enroute. The villa gave us the quiet and relaxation we all needed especially with studying gcse and A level teenagers. Loved visiting Stintino.

Summary: Our first visit to Sardinia was barely marred by fairly inclement weather including a momentous thunderstorm. The villa is in a peaceful rural setting and has all requirements for a self catering stay. Although Pelrosa beach is the eye catching beach paradise some 20 mins away we preferred the quieter beach 5 mins from the villa. Not the prettiest part of island but lots to do and see. Enjoyed a potter round the 2 historic towns of Sassari and Alghero and Neptunes Cave is breathtaking and worth a visit . Daily trips to local port of Sasari to shop and for a sundowner - a village which really grew on us. Daily exercise on the villa table tennis table grew in competitiveness as the week wore on ! Pool a good size to recuperate in after tennis. Really appreciated the welcome and help and advice plus starter pack from Karen our host. A lovely week
