For all rodeo fans or livestock travelers there are horse stables and pens available for an additional fee! Very quiet and peaceful property near lakes, national parks, and casinos. Minutes from shopping and dining. Private gate entrance with remote provided. Pets allowed but must be with guest at all times. Kennel area provided if guests need to leave. Gated pool available m-f 5pm to 10pm and weekends anytime til 10pm.

Summary: Was excited about staying in an RV for the first time. Enjoyed it to the fullest! The host was warm. We arrived late (around 11pm) but he stayed up to get us in and asked if we'd stayed in an RV before. When we said 'No', he showed us around and introduced every little feature that RV offers. We had some issues with the water flowing at night but didn't wanna disturb him as it was already late. However, with some time we could figure out for the night, and later that day, he responded real quick and solved the issue. The amenities were exactly as he said in the listing. We cooked and had our own food in the RV. I must say that the very little space is used really wisely to accommodate everything important for a living. P:S: There's one concern I need to share. It's pretty difficult to get up and sleep in the top bunk bed as it has really limited space vertically. Being the skinniest guy in our group, I had to do that and it was impossible for anyone else in our group. But, the bed was comfy though and I guess RVs are supposed to be like that. So no complaints here too! I am serious about going back to that RV again and spending some time again.

Summary: This camper was absolutely perfect for our 5 day stay in the Clovis/ Fresno area. We have a large family with young kids and a dog traveling with us, and with the large gated lot and quiet area, everyone could play outside anytime. The trailer was extremely clean, there was a fire pit and grill for outside meals, cornhole boards, room to run around, tv inside, and great communication and help with any needs or questions we had. Loved our stay, and will be looking to stay again if we visit the area in the future.
