This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. Inside the home you will find lots of light and views from every window. Enjoy the LED fireplace, stainless steel appliances and 60” TV. There is a king bedroom and ensuite bath downstairs and a queen bed in the upstairs loft. The loft upstairs provides the ultimate views and gives you the feeling of looking out from a treehouse. The loft is made private by closing sliding barn door panels.
Outside the house you will find a large, wraparound deck, bonfire area, sunken hot tub, mountainside tiki bar and a stationary single slip boat house with swim platform. Relax and enjoy the commanding views of the lake, nature, and boaters.
The property is on a steep slope with wooden stairs leading down to the lake. There are several landings along the way to make the walk as enjoyable as possible, however, the walk is not advised for young children or the elderly. Located off Timberlake Road between highways 70w and 270w, approximately 12 minutes from Lake Hamilton School. Perfect for small families, a romantic getaway, or even a girl's weekend. If you're looking for ultimate privacy, beautiful scenery and wildlife with acreage on Lake Hamilton, this is your place!
**Please note that the dock is located about 200 feet downhill from the house. Although there are stairs the entire way, they are steep and extreme caution should be taken to ensure safety.

Summary: We couldn’t have been happier with the cabin and its location! Very quiet and private, while overlooking the lake. The owner reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We had perfect weather, spending time on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub every evening after long days of exploring Hot Springs NP, Lake Catherine State Park and Garvan Woodland Gardens. Stop by the Sunshine Store and Cafe for breakfast and Lost Creek Grill for dinner, you won’t regret it!

Summary: This was exactly what we hoped for!! Quiet and relaxing!! A bald eagle welcomed us the first evening we were there…amazing!! Lovely cabin, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time there. Highly recommend!!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! We have 2 teenage daughters who loved staying at the cabin. They had the loft and hot tub to themselves for the most part. Our host also checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Beautiful home! Highly recommended!

Summary: Best vacation rental we have stayed at! The view was amazing and very private. Host thought of everything. They had everything you needed to start a fire, games, and even a speaker to use by the hot tub. The house and hot tub very clean. Perfect spot on the lake, however house is up on a hill so quite a hike to get down to the lake.

Summary: Beautiful, clean, modern house. Giant windows for the incredible views. We spent most of our time outside on the patio by the fire or the hot tub, and down on the dock. I will say one thing, I got a workout going down all those steps 3 times but it was worth it! Would definitely recommend! :)
