Summary: Stepped out of vehicle directly into dog poop. Proceeded to find dog hair on everything inside the entire house. I love animals but dont like getting dog hair on me when using dining tables and living room furniture. Also the time limits on the hot tub wasnt revealed untill i arrived. Other than that i woould have given 5 stars it is a very nice place with exceptional amenities.

Summary: House is exactly as pictured. Beautiful house and outdoor area. We actually had our wedding and reception here in the large yard and everything worked out great. The host is very helpful and responsive. He has a restaurant with food/catering available for events. Overall great place to stay, comfortably fit lots of people.

Summary: Had a great stay. Interior was clean, scenic and had all the odds & ends - coffee, pool towels, etc. And if you're a dog lover, Bear and Roxie (the owner's dogs) will stop by and say hello - and there are some great restaurants and shops to check out in the area. Unfortunately we weren't able to swim in the pool the first day of our stay, as it had not been cleaned. I was never emailed check-out instructions, and had to contact the owner directly.

Summary: What more can I say about this place? It has everything - 13 acres of quiet, peaceful land, a pool, jacuzzi, beautiful log cabin home with many new updates, amenities and comforts which catered to our party of 8 with ease. The hosts, Ronnie and Maria are incredible! They allowed us to use anything everything in their home as if it was ours, provided anything we needed and if we did need anything, all we had to do is ask. The communication between us and the hosts was phenomenal and they couldn’t have provided anything more for us. They’re also the owners of Burnt End BBQ LLC in Culpepper VA which has incredible food and an awesome atmosphere! This really has been an amazing all around experience and I can’t wait to come back in the near future!
