This stunning home is located in an idyllic Miami location and exudes Coconut Grove charm! Casa Blanca is two incredible properties in one.
The main home is tucked behind beautifully landscaped grounds and a tall bamboo fence. The ground level (1st floor) features one bedroom with a queen bed plus bathroom, kitchen. The upper level (second floor) features a Master Bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. In the rear of the home, there is an independent cottage which features a secondary Master Bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom that features a sunken tub and separate shower.
Between both indoor areas, there are outdoor showers and private entertaining spaces.The post and beam architecture of this iconic 1925 artist retreat takes you back in time while the updated fixtures, modern amenities and screened in coral pool help ensure you enjoy the comfort of today.
PARKING: Free driveway parking for up to TWO vehicles. NO parking for additional cars or visitors.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, please inquire about pricing when booking. Availability will be confirmed closer to reservation date.

Note: There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and a private master suite including a luxury bathroom in the cottage. The cottage is accessed via the outdoor pool/courtyard. In addition to these three bedrooms, there is an independent bungalow in the rear with a twin daybed w/trundle.
BATHROOMS: There are 3 bathrooms in this home.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is in the main house is on the ground level(1st floor) and is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, from oil and spices to top of the line gourmet amenities. It’s outfitted with a full stove/oven, all your cookware, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. There is a traditional drip style coffee pot and a toaster.

DISCLAIMER: The entire property is smoke/vape free. No gatherings, parties, weddings, baby showers or birthdays allowed. This is an ideal home for a small group of adult family members/friends (no children under the age of 16 or pets allowed), in search of a lush retreat, while still minutes away from the trendy Coconut Grove “vibe." The privacy of this property and our guests is of the utmost importance and therefore the house rules lend themselves to that.
SAFETY DEVICES: There are several outdoor security cameras throughout the property. These are not monitored regularly.
THERE IS A $1000 FINE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES. Any breach of the above, would be reason for removal from the property.

Summary: Great place to stay for a group of adults! Location is close to action and restaurants. Bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and be prepared to get coffee out or pick some grounds up on the way in. Wonderful and would stay there again!!

Summary: Family of 6 traveled into the area for our daughters college graduation. We had grandparents with us, one with mobility issues so the first floor bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The access to the 2nd floor master has a staircase with narrow triangular steps that require some care and agility. But the 2nd floor bedroom is spacious, beautiful and well appointed. The bungalow suite is beautiful and comfortable as well. We enjoyed having a living and sleeping space away from the main house. We utilized the bunk room also and it a comfortable sleeping space for the young adults with us. The top bunk was just long enough for a 5’6” person. They’ve thought of everything here. From the sound system to pool towels and cheese knives. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need for a group. We found serving platters, Plenty of plates, bowls, glassware, and we even found a marble cheeseboard. The outside areas were very inviting. We enjoyed the screened in pool area and the dipping pool. There was plenty of seating for everyone with the sectional sofa and the dining table and lounge chairs. We enjoyed sitting in the sun as well as the shaded covered areas when it rained. The exterior walkway is the only challenge we experienced with the grandparents it was not ideal. The walkway and parking area has Gravel with round stepping stones. It made it a bit challenging to wheel luggage into the house, hard to walk on in heels and challenging for those who are unsteady in their feet. This was a great rental! Highly recommend this property.

Summary: The home is beautiful - spacious, spa-like decor, lovely kitchen, and very walkable. A couple of very nice surprises- the cabana is really elegant, and there is a bonus bedroom if needed. The master bedroom is up a spiral staircase that is not easy to navigate. The other bedroom in the main house does not have an en-suite bathroom. Rather, that bathroom and shower is on the other side of the house, through the kitchen. Also the pool is a tiny plunge pool, and there is astroturf (not grass) in the back yard. The property manager was very nice by phone, but when the carbon monoxide alarm went off, she sent a non-English speaking service man over to check it out. Lovely home. Overall, very nicely maintained

Summary: Nice looking house however the pictures make it look better then it does in person! Definitely could use some tlc with woodwork and vanities beat up a bit! If you actually want to swim in a pool this is not the pool for you!!! Not even big enough to do one lap! Also, not big enough for more than 6 people in it at a time! No light in pool makes it rough to be in it at night! Don't use the outdoor shower because they have a camera hidden in the trees right on it! Not bad though however not worth the money !!

Summary: This was a nice relaxing property that felt secluded even though it was close proximity to everything. Walking distance to Coconut Grove and minutes drive from Coral Gables and Brickell. The backyard and rear cottage were amazing. We would have wished the second floor master bedroom had a door for privacy instead of an open stairwell to the living room for more privacy. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, we would stay here again.

What a beautiful property. We had such a lovely time and the location is perfect. The home feels like a relaxing retreat that is so quiet but close to the Grove if you want to go out to shop and eat. We had some questions about the area and the management company promptly responded. We will definitely stay here again.
