From November to March, there's a possibility of snow at the cabin. It's good to know that the roads leading to the cabin are plowed. However, during a significant snowstorm, be prepared with a 4-wheel drive vehicle and chains to ensure safe access to the cabin. Because we are right off the main highway, the plows can leave berms in front of our driveway. We will make every attempt to clear it before your arrival. If it is snowing heavily, the plows run continuously, and there is a good chance you will have to shovel.
As per County Ordinance 927.1, the County of Riverside requires our guests to provide a copy of their identification and sign a formal agreement before we can release the house.

Summary: We got away from the city with our 3 boys (10-16) for 4 days. We loved the view and comfortable beautifully decorated modern cabin. The beds were excellent after long hikes in the area. We cooked all our meals and appreciated the big stove and fridge. We heard wild turkeys in the canyon below but didn’t see them. The filter light on the hot tub was flashing which made us a little uneasy and the deck hadn’t been prepped for us but we still enjoyed our stay.in this awesome cabin.

Summary: The cabin exceeded all expectations. I’ve never stayed in any rental property that was so well appointed. Literally everything you could ever want or need was at your fingertips, from all possible kitchen supplies, great toiletry assortment, tons of wood for the fire, games, books, movies, record player with vintage vinyl, and every conceivable streaming and pay channel. The cabin is decorated beautifully and truly is in a secluded location. A gate provides security to the property, which is huge. The hot tub was wonderful and there are many areas to sit on multiple decks. We had a small hiccup in the beginning, which Minna addressed right away. She was very responsive and helpful and made everything perfect for us. We highly recommend this cabin and will stay again!

Summary: It is a rarity to have a place exactly, if not better, than advertised. Minna’s place was beautiful…beautiful setting in the woods, beautiful property, beautiful deck overlooking an incredible view, beautiful interior decorated to the nines! All of the appliances and special touches are high quality which makes it feel and function like home. The furniture, including couches and mattress, were very comfortable. We enjoyed a fire in the wood burning stove with great cups of espresso. Not sure if the sunrise or the sunset was more incredible, or perhaps the big starry sky in the hot tub after dark. We had a little hiccup with our check in process with the keypad on the door but called Minna and it was an easy fix within minutes. Any questions I had were responded to very quickly. There are a ton of hikes within just a few minutes of the house. We enjoyed donuts and coffee in Idyllwild after a lovely 5 mile hike out of Humber Park. We couldn’t have enjoyed our 4 day stay anymore. Highly recommend this property and hostess!
