You will love this bright and forested newly remodeled three bedroom, three bathroom home. There is plenty of space for the whole family to gather and enjoy the views! Enjoy the board games, tire swing, and reading corner. With just a three minute walk to the nearest trailhead, you don't want to forget your mountain bike!
The Space:
Enter into the main level and enjoy the newly remodeled kitchen with lovely views from the kitchen and dining windows. The dining area boasts a large table with room for everyone to share a meal together. Cozy up in the living room with good book or your favorite show on the Smart TV. Don't forget to check out the board games in the TV cabinet!
BEDROOMS:
The main level has two bedrooms. The first is one of the Primary Ensuite's with a queen size bed and direct access to a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed, a Smart TV, and is just across the hall from the common bathroom. Head down to the basement and you'll find the third bedroom which is the other Primary Ensuite. This room has a queen size bed and direct access to a bathroom.
If you'd like to hit the trails, you can find the nearest trailhead only a three minutes walk from the front door. This will bring you to a trail along Scratchgravel Peak, a popular trail for mountain biking!
There is also a pack and play, high chair seat, and play tent for the kids!
