We arrived at an odd hour, yet he went out of his way to ensure we were warmly welcomed and even arranged dinner on arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful and comforting after a long journey. Mr. Shiv Pratap also took personal care in organising our itinerary, patiently guiding us on the best places to visit nearby and helping us make the most of our time in Ramgarh. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel less like guests and more like family.
