Positive: Our stay was wonderful! The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — just a minute away from tram number 15, which takes you directly to the Duomo in about 10 minutes. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommend!”
