Positive: It’s such a homely place with adequate facilities situated in a great location. Very specious and clean, we had great views of sky from our rooms and felt very safe.

Positive: Very well equipped house and very spacious. Location was excellent at the water’s edge and close enough to walk to the pub/shop

Negative: I couldn’t get the TV to work. It was fixed on one channel with no sound

Positive: Truly stunning location; very good communications from hosts; comfortable beds; exceptional pub and very well-stocked shop in the village

Negative: Decor, kitchen cabinets and bathroom flooring need updating; kitchen equipment was plentiful but chaotic; some prints on walls are old and sun-bleached, which looks sad; main bedroom is good sized but the others are on the small size for doubles; odd selection of TV apps (no Amazon Prime, Film4, Disney+ or Now/Sky); would have been nice to have some books about the area
