Positive: Apartment is right at the ocean in Boca Sami. Amazing view of the ocean. Good size bedrooms and in general, good space. Fred was very nice.

Negative: Complex is not 100% finished. There are 10 apartments done, however, I missed ramps to move suitcases outside (ground is either earth or grind). Kitchen was missing basic elements to cook. You really need a car to transport yourself, as it is in the middle of a residential area, with the closest restaurant and supermarket more than 1km away. Wind was strong, so swimming was done with care.
