Positive: Staying at Seaview Mountain Villa was one of the best experiences of our trip to Sri Lanka. The view and surroundings were extraordinary, it was super clean and the interior was beautifully done. The host family was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible. And the hostess made us the most delicious breakfast. Her coconut pancakes were the best I tasted throughout our stay in Sri Lanka. They also irranged a discounted snorkeling experience with sea turtles which was a dream come true for me. And they arranged very affordable transport to our next destination.

Summary: Our stay at Seaview Mountain Villa was extraordinary! We will go back over and over again!

Positive: Everything was absolutely amazing! Wathsala was a wonderful host and made us feel truly welcome. The place itself is incredible – peaceful and tucked away from the noise of the main streets, with breathtaking views. We received breakfast every day at a time that perfectly suited us, which was a lovely touch. Staying here feels like being in the heart of the jungle, surrounded by nature and the soothing sound of ocean waves. This was easily one of our best travel experiences. Wathsala welcomed us like family, which made everything even more special. The room was clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay – hot water, air conditioning, and more. If you’re looking for a true jungle experience with warm, kind hosts, delicious breakfasts, and complete privacy, this is the perfect place. You definitely won’t regret it!

Positive: We stayed at this wonderful villa for 2 weeks, we were choosing between it and a hotel, and we have not regretted it for a second. The villa hosts are very friendly and cheerful, always helpful and did everything they could to make our vacation unforgettable. Adja took us on a whale-watching tour - it was incredible! Every day, our dear hostess Wathsala prepared a very tasty, hearty, and varied breakfast for us. Words can’t describe how kind and caring she is, thanks to her, we always felt comfortable and cozy, just like at home. We truly felt her sincere attention to every little detail! 🥰 The villa itself is quite spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. And the view from the window is simply breathtaking - overlooking the jungle and the ocean! And every day, little monkeys ran along the balcony, and exotic birds would visit us. Thank you so much for this perfect vacation and for your heartfelt warmth! We will definitely cherish these memories and truly hope to come back. We miss you all so much ❤️

Positive: We had a wonderful day at this family run guest house. The room was beautiful spotlessly clean, very well maintained in all amenities like the AC in the Wi-Fi worked very well. Waking up with a view to the sea and with lots of natural light was definitely a highlight of the stay. Breakfast were delicious prepared with care and fresh ingredients. The hose were really amazing, very kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The property is a bit more clued in a hill but they made sure to arrange a TukTuk to bring it up and down, on arrival and checkout. They also help us organise a snorkelling activity.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Seaview Mountain Villa. The family who runs the place is incredibly kind and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. The room had a stunning view, air-conditioning, a private bathroom, a fridge, and even a small kitchen. The location is a bit uphill, so expect a short walk — but if you have a scooter, it’s absolutely no problem. We originally planned to stay only 2 nights, but thanks to the family’s hospitality and warm approach, we ended up staying 5 nights. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Mirissa while having a home-like environment with a family that truly makes you feel like one of their own. ❤️
