Positive: The staff here were fantastic, extremely helpful, polite and could not be more accommodating. The location was convenient, only a short walk into the centre of town. Yet the location was quiet with a beautiful outlook onto the ocean with waterfront walking paths. The restaurant facilities were excellent.

Negative: Accommodation is slightly expensive, however it appears in line with the rest of the country.

Negative: Just a suggestion for improvement - would have been nice to have a few snacks and drinks available in the room (either complimentary or mini bar), and a better selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate with fresh or long-life milk rather than milk sachets.

Positive: The bed was good. But the sheets did not seem clean. The breakfast have a lot to choose from without an extra charge.

Negative: They did not let us to the room before check in even (probably) the room was ready. They tried to push us to eat lunch at the restaurant. Room 201 have a very bad sewer smell in the bathroom. They charge us for airport pickup even up even we cancelled our pick up before the 24 hour cancellation policy. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very tasteless. We ordered grilled snapper and it was not grilled. More boiled. I wish it was more choices of hotel in Nuku’alofa.
