Positive: Enjoyed our previous stay so much that we ended up extending twice. The location is excellent and the complex itself is smaller yet has a gym and the pool and grounds of a larger complex.

Positive: The location is quiet, yet walking distance from bars and restaurants. This is one of the best beaches on the mainland that I've experienced and this condo is in the perfect location. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 adults and 3 kids, or most any combo of 6 people, not counting the living room. Kitchen is small as far as prep space, but we were able to cook so many of our favorite dishes, something we can't really do in our Bangkok condo. If you don't want to cook, no problem as their are dozens of excellent restaurants nearby. Host was easy to communicate with and we even extended as we enjoyed the condo so much.

Negative: Nothing really.

Summary: Great condo in a solid, smaller complex in the best location.

Positive: We really enjoyed staying in this condo, it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. It was located on a quieter side of Mae Phim, which we appreciated. However, it was walkable to several restaurants and convenience stores. The grounds of the condo were very well maintained, and the pool was lovely. We also spent a lot of time at the beach, it was pretty clean and clear for a mainland beach. The vibe is definitely more Thai, and expat retirees, not too many tourists or attractions that you might find in nearby bigger towns, but we were looking for something a little more chill so we loved it.

Positive: Spacious, well equipped and very clean. Love the big balcony with views over the sea and comfortable sitting. The pool is lovely, super clean and really warm! The condo is quiet and the grounds are exceptionally well maintained. Lots of spaces for parking and security on site.

Negative: I really like the property and keep coming back to it tine and time again. However, a car is handy, as other than a beautiful beach, pool, and handful of shops (including 7.11 and Amazon coffee) there isn’t a great deal to do in the immediate area.

Summary: Total relaxation in a quiet and lovely location.

Positive: I have stayed at the property before and no doubt will stay again. It is clean, very comfortable and has everything you need. Very spacious and has a great balcony overlooking the sea. The pool is amazing! Really clean and super warm. There was a good market on while we were there and the area has a great vibe.

Negative: I liked everything. If you are going there it’s handy to have a car to get to other places, or rely on taxis.

Summary: Great- very relaxed and low key. Perfect for a chilled break!
