Positive: Excellent location overlooking the water, plenty of parking and well equipped kitchen. The ceiling projector was a bit fiddly to use but ok once you got used to it. A TV would be easier. Washing machine was nice to have.
Negative: There is no sofa, only cushions on the floor so not easy to relax in the evening. Tried sitting on the floor the first night but ended up sitting at the kitchen table the other nights we stayed. It is a shame as it is a very good apartment. Add a sofa and a normal tv and it would get top marks.
Summary: Very nice apartment, just needs somewhere comfortable to sit.

Negative: From the layout pictures, we didn’t know that Room E is located in the lower ground compared to other rooms. Guest with large luggages should better choose room A to D.

Positive: The house is located on waterside with a beautiful water view on top floor. There is one bedroom with three beds downstairs and toilet plus bathing area. Washer is available. Upstairs with dinning and living area plus kitchen. Living area can be converted to three tatami beds, but it will loose the living. There is no sofa. Kitchenware and dinning ware are supplied. Parking is available for two cars. House is modern setting, feel newly, not old style.
Negative: Location is remote, must have car to access. In general the house is clean but not in details, as mentioned by previous review, hair on floor, floor corner, dust on cooktop area. This is very rare on Japanese clean standard. Cleaner needs to be addressed this issue. Tatami was loosen and old, it is not comfortable compared to our day before Airbnb, the host provided comfortable doona and thicker futon. No coffee and tea supplied, must prepare yourself.

Positive: Beautiful view of the water from the dining room table and deck. Projector was fun for our child. Upstairs and downstairs rooms allowed for some privacy at night. Very clean and new building. Easy checkin/checkout.
Negative: Deck needs furniture or at least chairs. It is such a beautiful view and it is a waste if you cannot enjoy it from the deck. We didn’t like that the pictures showed deck furniture but really there wasn’t any. That is disappointing. My family might have liked a toaster or coffee maker in the kitchen.
Summary: Relaxing stay in a natural setting. Great for families getting together. Needs deck furniture!!

Positive: The house was very spacious and had free parking right in front of the front door. It was very convenient to check in, with every clear instructions from the host. The host was also very responsive and we had no problems communicating via the app. The views from the dining room upstairs was beautiful! We enjoyed watching the sun set from the balcony on the roof. The rooms were also spacious and spotless and had plenty of space for our luggages. The shower was clean and spacious as well. The area had some attractions, like the peacock park. It was a great location to travel to the Sasebo Coast and the Huis Ten Bosch theme park from.
Negative: We arrived quite late in the evening, around 10pm and found it quite difficult to navigate the roads leading to the property at night since there were few street lamps. I would recommend arriving before sundown. We also had to setup the futons on level 2 on own own, which was the norm (we had stayed in a few other places and it was the same), but it was a bit of a hassle since we were tired and it was late by the time we checked in. The whole house was spotlessly clean, but we did notice that the fridge was a little dirty and the kitchen sponge looked very old, which did not feel so hygienic when we were cooking. Other than that, we were very happy with the place!
