Relax by the ocean with views of Puget Sound. Enjoy the peaceful quiet of being on the edge of town in our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1800sq ft house. With a main living space on the ground level floor, and a family space on the lower level. Our upper deck provides excellent views of the sound and wild life. Our home is located in between two public beaches that are a short walk or very short drive away. When it’s low tide it’s possible to walk between the two parks. Dash Point Regional Park is where you’ll find excellent trails for biking and hiking, and several bridges and streams. We are an 8 min drive to North Shore Golf Course that is open to the public , and 5 mins from Twin Lakes Golf course and Country Club which is a membership club. If you decide to get out and about for dining we have two excellent fine dining restaurants close by: Gino’s at the Point and the Cliff house, both have wonderful water views and excellent menu options. Stop by North 47 Brewery for a beverage or pop down to the Sandbar and a grill for a local waterfront spot. We are a 15min drive away from downtown Tacoma where there is a great restaurant scene and night life, along with the Tacoma Dome events center and the Emerald Queen Casino.

Summary: Family came to visit from Nebraska for a family reniun / 90th Birthday. They were all very impressed with the home. Plenty of room for all . The deck was very relaxing and enjoyable with great views of the sound. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen was fully stocked. Would defifintly use your home for another visit.Parking was a challange, but there is a garage that can accomadate 2 cars

Summary: Beautiful view! Great location. House needs a little maintenance- shower faucets in guest bathrooms were loose, baseboards in the kitchen were not attached: overall the house was pretty clean- big cobwebs in the stairwell.

Summary: It was perfect for my family. All the comforts of home in an area that we were not familiar with, but would not hesitate to visit again. Restaurants, breweries, sports bars, all within driving distance.I will say that more than four vehicles will not work. Parking is a bit tight. Outside of that, you'll be fine!
