This is one of the two beautiful residences on a 3 hectare plot. It is embedded in a landscape full of vegetation overlooking the sea. Its large balconies combined with the backyard and its the garden offer private space for relaxation or sunbathing having as background the beauties of the Argolikos Bay. Unique is the view of the sunrise but also the moon coming up from the coast opposite.
The house is a maisonette with a miraculous helical stairway joining the two levels. It has large, bright rooms with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a spacious living room with a coucht and a futon coucht-bed(can be used as a two-person bed without many demands) , a dining room/table and a kitchen.
The upper floor has a bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the necessary items :shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and toilet paper.
Two rooms, one at the base with a semi-double bed and the other with a double bed at the end of the internal staircase can be used as bedrooms.The upper floor leads to a 60m2 balcony with a view as if you are on a ship deck while the lower floor has a covered 16m2 balcony. The house has a boiler for central heating and constantly running hot water. Furthermore the house has air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV.
Other features worth mentioning include an external veranda 30m2 with a view to the sea and the mountains, a garden with lemon trees, pomegranate trees and fig trees, as well as one stairs leading from one entrance to the house and the other entrance to the parking space.

Summary: Dimitri was the perfect host. His mansionette was very clean and comfortable and the view on the patio overlooking the Argolic Gulf was simply beautiful. Our host also encouraged us to call him direct if we had any questions or needed anything. I highly recommend this VRBO property and commend Dimitri as a quality host.

Summary: We are four adults in our 60’s and 70’s. We loved staying here. The circular staircase to the upper level could be tough on elderly people? But we navigated it fine. We left our luggage down stairs, as it would be difficult to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. The view is amazing. We walked down to the shore and went swimming in the sea most mornings. Dimetris was great! We followed all his recommendations and they were fantastic. He was very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The view is spectacular and the huge deck is outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked and also with basic foods. The beds are very comfortable. I had an outstanding 25 days here with friends and family staying for different weeks. I would definitely stay here again

Summary: The property was excellent. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the gulf. The property was well furnished with all appliances and kitchen items needed. The town of Kiveri was very quaint with a grocery stores and restaurants. Naplio was a short drive to walk around the town to see the sites. Dimitrios was very helpful. He met us in Kiveri and we followed him to the property where he showed us around. He was also very prompt with communications. Highly recommend this property.
