Summary: The houseboat is very cute and clean. Comfortable bed, small shower with excellent water flow for a boat, standard (non-marine) toilet all made the logistics of being on a boat easy. Property manager was onsite and showed up lightning fast with more coffee pods. The marina is about 50 yards from a very busy highway and traffic noise is a constant.

Summary: Super fun idea! Be aware of a few drawbacks. The toilet is near the entrance door with no door or partition. There is a public toilet nearby, but was locked. If we had access to that our stay would have been near perfect. I was aware of the toilet issue from another review, but didnt plan to have belly issues while there. There is noise from the freeway. Check in and out are tighter than typical. Price is right. Would be great for a launch id think!

Summary: The overall stay was good. The inside was small but very welcoming, the only issue I had was the toilet had no door to it. The deck was great to sit and watch the fireworks. The dolphins restaurant is probably only a block away walkable.
