Positive: Cottage was quiet and peaceful with good heating, excellent ocean view, and convenience to downtown.

Negative: Coffee pot could be replaced. I was told filters weren't provided but unit has a permanent filter. Shower is small and shower head could be handheld

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much at the cottage. Checking in and out was a breeze

Negative: Outlets in loft on either side of bed were not working. It would have been nice if gas fireplace had a fan. Needs more regular drinking glasses, only coffee mugs and wine glasses available.

Positive: Good neighborhood and close to the beach, liked the various amenities that were provided in the house, and had a good view of the ocean

Negative: Fireplace wasn’t working, cramped shower, felt like I was going to fall through one of the floor boards, all the lights were off when we arrived at night.
