Self-catering, detached seaside villa with a private 8m x 4m swimming pool, in a tranquil location and just 5 minutes walk from an unspoiled beach.
Three bedrooms, sleeping 7, recently renovated by English/Irish owners.
The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces and is complete with full length reclining loungers, poolside shower and bathroom, and shaded timber gazebo for al-fresco dining beside the permanent barbecue.
The villa is situated in walled, landscaped gardens and is resplendent with palms, trees and flowering shrubs in newly laid graveled beds.
The gardens, patio and pool area has ample discreet night lighting. Villa Sun also has a big orchard with nespolla, lemons, apricots, plums,figs, grapes and many other seasonal fruit throughout the year. Secure,off road parking for two cars.

Summary: Richard and Norin were super hosts. A lovely welcome basket greeted us on arrival . The villa is lovely and the pool area superb. We used it as a base to explore the surrounding areas. It was very private close to the local quiet town and beach. Richard was very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit. Very welcoming hosts. Thanks

Summary: The four of us arrived at Villa Sun Beach after a very early morning flight and a significant hassle with our car hire and fell in love immediately. The villa was exactly as advertised and we all fell into the sparkling blue pool as soon as we could. We were delighted by how quiet and peaceful the location was and the very close beach almost seemed like our own private space whenever we went there. On the outskirts of the village of Lendinosa, the village has a wonderful bakery which seemed to be selling warm fresh bread throughout the day; there were also a number of very suitable restaurants able to meet a range of pockets and tastes There are a number of larger supermarkets within easy reach by car and we found it very easy to settle into the lifestyle. The evening visit to the beautiful town of Lecce was the highlight of our stay. The property owners, Richard & Noirin, were outstanding! Not only did they respond promptly to our messages before we arrived, but they were also always available during our stay, offering immediate help and sound advice.We have never experienced such excellent customer service before. We would thoroughly recommend the villa, the area and the owners to anybody considering a relaxing sunshine holiday!

Summary: From the point of our initial enquiry to the moment we left the property the owners, Richard and Noirin, could not have been more helpful, friendly and supportive. They answered our endless questions and queries, provided great local knowledge and were easily contactable. We stayed for two weeks and could happily have stayed much longer. The property and the lovely grounds offered everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The pool is a good size and is well maintained with plenty of space to catch the sun all day long. Additionally, there is a covered seating area to cool off and a great BBQ which we used fully. Although we spent more time around the pool than we had planned as it was so relaxing, we also ventured out to Matera, Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto amongst others and the villa was a good central location for these trips out. Whether you want to sit around the pool or explore Puglia, this is a great venue to be based at with owners who genuinely care that you have a good experience.

Summary: We stayed at Villa Sun Beach for one week in August. Richard and Noirin were superb and gave us a warm welcome, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The villa was of a good standard, the kitchen was very well equipped and the pool area is lovely and fruit is readily available from the garden. The villa was very clean, the beds all very comfortable with good mattresses. We received a well stocked food hamper on arrival, this included a lovely bottle of vino rosso! This is a great location to explore Puglia and a information file is there providing details of places to visit and places to eat/drink etc. The beach is at the end of the road, about 400 metres, with a bar and commercial beach if you want a sunbed further along the beach. We all enjoyed our stay in Villa Sun Beach and will return. Thank you Richard and Noirin!

Summary: Well kept and equiped 3 bedroom villa at a 5 minute walk from the beach of Lindinuso. Very clean and good service from owner. Extensive welcome basket with food and drinks. Sunday morning market in Casalabate recommended for fruits, vegetables and cheese. Restaurant Zona Fao in Torchiarolo serves great fish. Brindisi and Lecce can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

Summary: We had a great week in villa Sun Beach. The villa was very clean and very well equiped. The owner provided great service. The welcome basket was very generous, including wine, beer, bread, fruit, cheese, ham etc.. Lecce and Brindisi less than half an our away by car. The beach a 5 minute walk. The sunday morning market in Casalabate is very recommended for fruit, vegs and fish.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay. The villa was spacious for our three children and the large pool and gardens meant they had room to play and roam around safely. They loved picking the different fruits that were in season in the garden. Villa was spotlessly clean. Owners were extremely helpful and provided a super welcome basket and information pack. This was invaluable helping us immensely to get the most from our stay. We would love to return.

Summary: We have recently returned from a lovely 2 week stay in Villa Sun Beach. The villa had everything you could wish for and was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well. The pool was well maintained and was lovely to sit and sunbathe around. The town in which the villa is situated is not extensively developed and was typical Italian with very few tourists. This suited us fine. Richard and Norrin are good hosts, we had one minor problem that was rectified immediately. A lovely place to stay, would highly recommend.
