Positive: A pure gem with amazing sea view & ideally located a very short distance from the buzz of central Ballynunion .Seashore is located very near another superb “ private” uncommercialised sandy beach -Beale . The accommodation is pristine with so many extras - tea making- choc nibbles - water & a luxurious comfy bed . Breakfast was superb and continental option was outstanding with homemade brown bread / toast -juice - large variety of cereals and a packed filled bowl of fruit with six different fruits + natural yogurt . An A1 experience .

Positive: Everything ...Ownner was so lovely . Room clean bed very comfy . Walk into Ballybunion was nice and not too far.

Negative: I am vegetarian and the breakfast was gd ..Two potato waffles two fried eggs ... I think maybe if you had one waffle one egg then added mushrooms ,beans and tomato that would be a very gd breakfast.
