Positive: Great location, and good size room for a family of 4. It's a little older, but very comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Communication regarding late check in was fantastic and easy to follow.

Negative: The apartments are older and in need of cosmetic facelifts. Laminate on the cabinets in the kitchen are chipped and some mold stains on the ceiling of the shower, but very very minimal complaints and did not affect our stay at all.

Positive: The location of the property on the esplanade overlooking the beach

Negative: We booked what we thought was a 2 bed/2bath apartment however only 1 bath and two toilets. Disappointing that the photos on the booking (2 different bathrooms) did not reflect the apartment we had booked. Raised with management however no other options available unless we were prepared to pay an extra $1000 to stay at another property.

Summary: Fantastic location however the property/rooms are dated and require upgrading and painting

Negative: Photos are not exactly representative. Parking is a bit difficult. We were told on arrival we would have no power one night of our stay (luckily didn't happen) however would have preferred a heads up rather than being told after check in.
