Positive: This was a little Paradise, quick walk to the beach, Short ride to Charlottetown and everything you would need for your week long stay. Very Quiet! Dog friendly, fur babes were able to join us on vacation. Loads of room for the fur children to roam. Owner was more than helpful, quick to respond to requests and questions. Definitely staying here next year. Sunrises were beautiful. Loved having a washer and dryer, Full size fridge was also a bonus.

Negative: Absolutely nothing, it was a fabulous place to hang out.

Summary: Paradise with an Ocean view, enjoyed relaxing for a week.

Positive: We felt very relaxed and cozy during our stay! Great location if you’re looking for a more laid back trip, but still not too far away from everything (perks of PEI). The a/c worked wonders and we had a beautiful view!

Negative: Things could’ve been cleaner. I felt as though we were walking into someone’s home only minutes after they had left. There were tons of personal belongings laying around. Although we were able to make ourselves at home to an extent, it almost felt like the owner could walk back in the door at any second.

Summary: Would look for something more vacation-friendly next time.

Positive: The property is quiet and not a far drive to many places. The owner was responsive to messages sent to them. The view from the front deck is pretty.

Negative: The cottage was not cleaned when we got there and we needed to clean it. Dirty dishes were in the sink along with a bowl of mouldy food in the microwave. The kitchen sink was clogged with food and we needed to unclog it. The bathroom did not appear that it had been cleaned either and there is browning around the edges of the shower. Spare bedroom was very cluttered with personal items leaving little room for our things. Pictures advertised (like the one of the beach) are inaccurate. This beach is not sandy at all but has lots of shells for those looking to find shells at low tide. It is a small private beach though.

Summary: Overall, I would not stay here again.
