Lovely 2 storey house on the beach in the new Seascapes area of Halls Head.
Upstairs includes the master bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite shower room and a separate parents retreat area which has two lounge chairs with matching futons. Smartphone capable music centre in the parents retreat make this an ideal place to relax and read a book with ocean views from the window.
Downstairs has 3 additional bedrooms two with double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have hanging space, bedside tables and bedside lights for your comfort and convenience.
The front of the house is another chill out area with a chaise, two relaxing chairs and multiple stool seats. Three large windows make this an ideal place to relax with the morning sun to keep you nice and warm.
Main living area includes two lounges and an 8 seat dining table with plenty or separation and space for relaxing and eating.
The separate theatre room has a 2.5 metre (100 inch) 3D projector system with surround sound and 5 individual lazy boy chairs, perfect for movies or watching the footy!
Other services downstairs include a separate toilet and bathroom with shower and a fully fitted out laundry area. Includes 8kg front load washer, separate dryer, ironing board, iron, Dyson battery vacuum and upright vacuum. Outside has a large covered alfresco area with café blinds, BBQ and outdoor lounge set. The alfresco area leads on to the fully enclosed rear garden with artificial turf.
Walking distance to the local shops that include IGA with bottle shop attached and Video easy kiosk, cafe, fish and chip shop, pizza shop and chinese takeaway. There is also a kids play park and common area with public BBQ's. A short stroll across the road to the beach access and cycle/walking path that runs from Falcon all the way to the inlet at Halls Head.
Short drive to Mandurah town centre, Peelwood shopping centre and all the attractions on offer.

Summary: What a lovely property to enjoy a family getaway. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant and there was plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms were well equipped and beds were comfy. Loved the big table in the dining area where we enjoyed meals and played games. Kitchen had everything you needed and was bright and spacious. Only feedback would be having access to a pantry or storage area as there wasn’t a lot of room to store our groceries. Location is great - close walk to the beach and park. Coffee shop and IGA close by. Communication with owner was easy and we would definitely come back to stay in the future.

Summary: Clean and spacious house for a group of 8 golfers, close to great golf courses and malls. Roy is a super host, prompt in responding to our enquiries and very accommodating. We only wished the rooms were fitted with twin beds cuz the double beds were a bit small for 2 to share. Also the bathroom floor was very wet after showers probably due to the poor design of the shower cubicle. Overall it was a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Summary: The property was even better than the photos on the website. It was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect being so close to the beach and local shops with a great cafe and fish and chip shop. We had a few queries before our visit which Roy answered promptly and he was very helpful. Overall a wonderful stay!
