Positive: The mattress on the king sized bed was very comfortable, the best we have had in a holiday cottage. The view of Mawgan Porth was lovely. The garden was great for 2 very energetic dogs, secure and very large. The bungalow was well equipped and clean. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Negative: The only problems were the front door and the patio door were very stiff to lock and open. Also there were stains on the sofa.
Summary: A lovely, well situated and well equipped holiday home.

Positive: The property is in a good location with sea views over towards Newquay. The garden was a good size which the dogs loved. The property was spacious and even with 7 adults didn't feel cramped.
Negative: The garden was not fully secure as the dogs could get through the gate. Putting some gates or a fence either side of the property to make the back garden secure would resolve this.
Summary: A spacious property with sea views and a big garden.

Positive: Excellent location with good parking and a lovely walk to the beach and good access to the costal path. Local restaurants are excellent. House was generally clean with some areas looking really nice. Basics like milk and tea were there on our arrival which again was a nice touch.
Negative: However, standard of cleaning could have been better - the ensuite bathroom was a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Also there was a drains type smell about the place most mornings and when we arrived. A mirror light was not working and the lighting in general was very harsh. Some very strange omissions included nowhere to put your soap in the shower. Lots of those tiny details that you'd expect in a house at this price point were missing.
Summary: Great stay with some room for improvement
